This Bench Mark is located at the Captain's Cove Seaport Marina. It is a disk set in the concrete foundation of a sewer access with a water meter box located in the center of the marina parking lot, 172.6 ft SE of the S corner of the blue house with a plaque stating "1893 Richard Duddon House", 160.5 ft W of a lamp post in the parking lot, and 3.0 ft N of the NE corner of the raised foundation of the sewer access. It is a standard National Ocean Service brass disk stamped 7373 B 2003. |
